Question 1

What do front end 2020 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 16 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD FUSION with front end damage, the median was $4,975, from $4,575 to $6,225. That is 20% above the $4,150 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,225 a good price for this 2020 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

2298 comparable 2020 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $4,150, spanning $3,150 to $7,300. At $6,225 this one went 50% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD FUSION sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 FORD FUSION's pre-damage retail value at $16,400. It sold for $6,225 — 62% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a salvage (new jersey) mean for this FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD FUSION was sold on a salvage (new jersey). A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

Is 61,997 miles high for a 2020 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD FUSION listings at auction averaged 73,445 miles across 2298 sales, so at 61,997 miles this one sits 16% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2020 FORD FUSION come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
