What do rear end 2019 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Across 379 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD FUSION with rear end damage, the median was $4,100, from $3,100 to $6,300. That is level with the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $4,450 a good price for this 2019 FORD FUSION?

2489 comparable 2019 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $4,100, spanning $3,100 to $6,900. At $4,450 this one went 9% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD FUSION sell for?

The insurer put this 2019 FORD FUSION's pre-damage retail value at $13,278. It sold for $4,450 — 66% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

How far is this FORD FUSION from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in NY - NEWBURGH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 FORD FUSION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 74,211 miles high for a 2019 FORD FUSION?

Comparable 2019 FORD FUSION listings at auction averaged 83,378 miles across 2489 sales, so at 74,211 miles this one sits 11% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
