What do front end 2018 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Across 573 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD FUSION with front end damage, the median was $3,800, from $3,100 to $5,400. That is 11% below the $4,250 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $6,000 a good price for this 2018 FORD FUSION?

2117 comparable 2018 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $4,250, spanning $3,150 to $10,900. At $6,000 this one went 41% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD FUSION sell for?

The insurer put this 2018 FORD FUSION's pre-damage retail value at $18,406. It sold for $6,000 — 67% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does a clean title mean for this FORD FUSION?

This 2018 FORD FUSION was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Is 49,867 miles high for a 2018 FORD FUSION?

Comparable 2018 FORD FUSION listings at auction averaged 76,679 miles across 2117 sales, so at 49,867 miles this one sits 35% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

This FORD FUSION has front end and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
