What do all over 2020 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Across 25 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD FUSION with all over damage, the median was $4,250, from $3,000 to $6,600. That is 2% above the $4,150 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $6,000 a good price for this 2020 FORD FUSION?

2345 comparable 2020 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $4,150, spanning $3,150 to $7,500. At $6,000 this one went 45% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD FUSION sell for?

The insurer put this 2020 FORD FUSION's pre-damage retail value at $21,343. It sold for $6,000 — 72% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

How far is this FORD FUSION from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in CA - SAN BERNARDINO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

What does a salvage certificate mean for this FORD FUSION?

This 2020 FORD FUSION was sold on a salvage certificate. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD FUSION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
