Question 1

What do hail 2016 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 46 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD FUSION with hail damage, the median was $4,000, from $3,100 to $5,600. That is 11% above the $3,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a sk-mechanical inspection required, not branded-saskatchewan mean for this FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 FORD FUSION was sold on a sk-mechanical inspection required, not branded-saskatchewan. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 FORD FUSION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 135,522 miles high for a 2016 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD FUSION listings at auction averaged 81,907 miles across 475 sales, so at 135,522 miles this one sits 65% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This FORD FUSION has hail and all over damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Did this 2016 FORD FUSION come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with hail damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
