Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2020 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 177 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD FUSION with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $9,000, from $5,100 to $12,775. That is 114% above the $4,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,050 a good price for this 2020 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

2329 comparable 2020 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $4,200, spanning $3,150 to $7,525. At $5,050 this one went 20% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD FUSION sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this FORD FUSION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NJ - TURNERSVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 30 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clear-pa mean for this FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD FUSION was sold on a clear-pa. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Who sold this 2020 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ELEMENT FLEET MANAGEMENT. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
