Question 1

What do rear end 2016 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 79 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD FUSION with rear end damage, the median was $3,475, from $3,000 to $4,650. That is 3% below the $3,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,000 a good price for this 2016 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

482 comparable 2016 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $3,600, spanning $3,050 to $5,200. At $9,000 this one went 150% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 FORD FUSION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This FORD FUSION has rear end and minor dents/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 89,902 miles high for a 2016 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD FUSION listings at auction averaged 82,390 miles across 482 sales, so at 89,902 miles this one sits 9% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Where was this FORD FUSION located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART UAE in DUBAI INDUSTRIAL CITY - DUBAI. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.
