Question 1

What do front end 2018 FORD FOCUS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 69 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD FOCUS with front end damage, the median was $4,000, from $3,150 to $6,300. That is level with the $4,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage certificate-wv mean for this FORD FOCUS?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 FORD FOCUS was sold on a salvage certificate-wv. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this FORD FOCUS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in WV - SHADY SPRING. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 300 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Did this 2018 FORD FOCUS come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Who sold this 2018 FORD FOCUS?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 FORD FOCUS from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 FORD FOCUS was listed at IAAI as lot 40320962 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
