Question 1

What do side 2021 FORD F350 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 33 recorded sales of the 2021 FORD F350 with side damage, the median was $11,500, from $5,300 to $22,000. That is 7% below the $12,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $22,000 a good price for this 2021 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

388 comparable 2021 FORD F350 listings sold at auction for a median of $12,400, spanning $5,200 to $27,000. At $22,000 this one went 77% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD F350 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD F350 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 FORD F350's pre-damage retail value at $58,090. It sold for $22,000 — 62% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

Is 74,035 miles high for a 2021 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 FORD F350 listings at auction averaged 101,471 miles across 388 sales, so at 74,035 miles this one sits 27% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this FORD F350 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MA - ASSONET. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
