Question 1

What do front end 2016 FORD F350 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 214 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD F350 with front end damage, the median was $6,900, from $3,350 to $14,200. That is 4% above the $6,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,700 a good price for this 2016 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

589 comparable 2016 FORD F350 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,650, spanning $3,550 to $14,200. At $7,700 this one went 16% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD F350 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2016 FORD F350's pre-damage retail value at $23,867. It sold for $7,700 — 68% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this FORD F350 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in WI - FRANKLIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 850 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $550-$800, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 FORD F350 was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 144,483 miles high for a 2016 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD F350 listings at auction averaged 151,864 miles across 589 sales, so at 144,483 miles this one sits 5% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
