Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2017 FORD F350 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 26 recorded sales of the 2017 FORD F350 with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $14,200, from $6,625 to $20,150. That is 56% above the $9,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 FORD F350 was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this FORD F350 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in VT - SANFORD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 300 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 411,066 miles high for a 2017 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 FORD F350 listings at auction averaged 159,412 miles across 962 sales, so at 411,066 miles this one sits 158% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This FORD F350 has normal wear & tear and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Did this 2017 FORD F350 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear & tear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
