Question 1

What do front end 2017 FORD F350 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 327 recorded sales of the 2017 FORD F350 with front end damage, the median was $9,325, from $4,000 to $17,300. That is 2% above the $9,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,400 a good price for this 2017 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

963 comparable 2017 FORD F350 listings sold at auction for a median of $9,100, spanning $4,050 to $17,700. At $7,400 this one went 19% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 FORD F350 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

How far is this FORD F350 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MI - BELLEVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 150,840 miles high for a 2017 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 FORD F350 listings at auction averaged 159,525 miles across 963 sales, so at 150,840 miles this one sits 5% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 FORD F350. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
