Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2017 FORD F350 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 26 recorded sales of the 2017 FORD F350 with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $14,200, from $6,625 to $20,150. That is 54% above the $9,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a bill of sale mean for this FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 FORD F350 was sold on a bill of sale. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 3

How far is this FORD F350 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in AL - BESSEMER. The nearest major vehicle export port is New Orleans, roughly 350 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$425, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 77,009 miles high for a 2017 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 FORD F350 listings at auction averaged 159,429 miles across 986 sales, so at 77,009 miles this one sits 52% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 FORD F350. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Who sold this 2017 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was GSA FLEET. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
