Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2016 FORD F350 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 35 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD F350 with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $9,125, from $4,400 to $23,300. That is 37% above the $6,675 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,900 a good price for this 2016 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

607 comparable 2016 FORD F350 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,675, spanning $3,550 to $14,300. At $6,900 this one went 3% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD F350 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this FORD F350 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - LIVE OAK. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 122,603 miles high for a 2016 FORD F350?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD F350 listings at auction averaged 150,878 miles across 607 sales, so at 122,603 miles this one sits 19% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Accepted Answer
