Question 1

What do rear end 2022 FORD F250 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 85 recorded sales of the 2022 FORD F250 with rear end damage, the median was $14,250, from $6,200 to $29,750. That is 7% above the $13,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,800 a good price for this 2022 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

1517 comparable 2022 FORD F250 listings sold at auction for a median of $13,300, spanning $4,900 to $27,250. At $12,800 this one went 4% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 FORD F250 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

This FORD F250 has rear end and top/roof damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this FORD F250 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in TX - HOUSTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 51,766 miles high for a 2022 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 FORD F250 listings at auction averaged 81,118 miles across 1517 sales, so at 51,766 miles this one sits 36% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
