Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2019 FORD F250 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 227 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD F250 with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $18,013, from $6,500 to $26,450. That is 93% above the $9,350 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,500 a good price for this 2019 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

2228 comparable 2019 FORD F250 listings sold at auction for a median of $9,350, spanning $4,250 to $20,150. At $6,500 this one went 30% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD F250 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this FORD F250 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in OK - TULSA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 450 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$550, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a clear mean for this FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 FORD F250 was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 187,018 miles high for a 2019 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 FORD F250 listings at auction averaged 131,456 miles across 2228 sales, so at 187,018 miles this one sits 42% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
