Question 1

What do front end 2016 FORD F250 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 361 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD F250 with front end damage, the median was $5,700, from $3,500 to $10,750. That is 12% below the $6,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,800 a good price for this 2016 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

1075 comparable 2016 FORD F250 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,500, spanning $3,475 to $14,625. At $3,800 this one went 42% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 FORD F250 was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this FORD F250 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - SAN DIEGO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 99,281 miles high for a 2016 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD F250 listings at auction averaged 139,838 miles across 1075 sales, so at 99,281 miles this one sits 29% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2016 FORD F250 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
