Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2016 FORD F250 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 144 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD F250 with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $12,800, from $4,650 to $19,825. That is 94% above the $6,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $24,750 a good price for this 2016 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

1083 comparable 2016 FORD F250 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,600, spanning $3,475 to $14,800. At $24,750 this one went 275% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a bill of sale mean for this FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 FORD F250 was sold on a bill of sale. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

This FORD F250 has normal wear & tear and right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 12,958 miles high for a 2016 FORD F250?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD F250 listings at auction averaged 139,755 miles across 1083 sales, so at 12,958 miles this one sits 91% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this FORD F250 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - SAN DIEGO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
