Question 1

What do front end 2018 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 4321 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD F-150 with front end damage, the median was $6,600, from $3,800 to $11,100. That is 5% below the $6,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,450 a good price for this 2018 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

10750 comparable 2018 FORD F-150 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,950, spanning $3,950 to $12,750. At $3,450 this one went 50% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD F-150 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 FORD F-150. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

What does a non-repairable mean for this FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 FORD F-150 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 6

Is 166,463 miles high for a 2018 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 121,323 miles across 10750 sales, so at 166,463 miles this one sits 37% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
