Question 1

What do front end 2020 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 2176 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD F-150 with front end damage, the median was $7,500, from $4,200 to $12,900. That is 6% below the $8,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,850 a good price for this 2020 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

5463 comparable 2020 FORD F-150 listings sold at auction for a median of $8,000, spanning $4,300 to $14,900. At $7,850 this one went 2% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD F-150 was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this FORD F-150 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in ID - STATEN ISLAND. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 500 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $425-$600, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD F-150. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 58,874 miles high for a 2020 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 96,266 miles across 5463 sales, so at 58,874 miles this one sits 39% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
