Question 1

What do rear 2018 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 318 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD F-150 with rear damage, the median was $7,650, from $4,200 to $13,300. That is 11% above the $6,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This FORD F-150 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 FORD F-150. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 268,243 miles high for a 2018 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 121,735 miles across 11393 sales, so at 268,243 miles this one sits 120% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2018 FORD F-150 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 FORD F-150 was listed at IAAI as lot 44080615 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 1FTEX1CB6JKF40334?

Accepted Answer

1FTEX1CB6JKF40334 identifies this specific 2018 FORD F-150 in white with a 3.3l v-6 di, dohc, vvt, 290hp engine. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
