Question 1

What do roof 2020 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 20 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD F-150 with roof damage, the median was $9,625, from $7,100 to $14,150. That is 20% above the $8,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,900 a good price for this 2020 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

5221 comparable 2020 FORD F-150 listings sold at auction for a median of $8,000, spanning $4,300 to $14,900. At $9,900 this one went 24% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD F-150 was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD F-150. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this FORD F-150 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IL - LINCOLN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 68,656 miles high for a 2020 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 95,458 miles across 5221 sales, so at 68,656 miles this one sits 28% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
