Question 1

What do rear end 2023 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 382 recorded sales of the 2023 FORD F-150 with rear end damage, the median was $13,700, from $7,200 to $24,500. That is 5% above the $13,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,700 a good price for this 2023 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

5652 comparable 2023 FORD F-150 listings sold at auction for a median of $13,000, spanning $5,700 to $24,300. At $6,700 this one went 48% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD F-150 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD F-150 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2023 FORD F-150's pre-damage retail value at $38,553. It sold for $6,700 — 83% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 FORD F-150. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 28,817 miles high for a 2023 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 41,464 miles across 5652 sales, so at 28,817 miles this one sits 31% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
