Question 1

What do burn 2022 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 15 recorded sales of the 2022 FORD F-150 with burn damage, the median was $9,700, from $3,150 to $15,600. That is 13% below the $11,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This FORD F-150 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 FORD F-150 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this FORD F-150 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in KY - LAWRENCEBURG. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 500 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $425-$600, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 43,776 miles high for a 2022 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 62,805 miles across 4075 sales, so at 43,776 miles this one sits 30% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2022 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was GEICO. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
