Question 1

What do side 2021 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 503 recorded sales of the 2021 FORD F-150 with side damage, the median was $10,900, from $5,500 to $17,600. That is 8% above the $10,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,200 a good price for this 2021 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

4992 comparable 2021 FORD F-150 listings sold at auction for a median of $10,100, spanning $5,000 to $18,300. At $3,200 this one went 68% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD F-150 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 FORD F-150's pre-damage retail value at $21,125. It sold for $3,200 — 85% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This FORD F-150 has side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 FORD F-150. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 75,748 miles high for a 2021 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 81,267 miles across 4992 sales, so at 75,748 miles this one sits 7% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
