Question 1

What do rear end 2016 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 671 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD F-150 with rear end damage, the median was $5,900, from $3,700 to $8,900. That is 7% above the $5,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this FORD F-150 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in ID - NAMPA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 500 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $425-$600, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 FORD F-150. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This FORD F-150 has rear end and frame damage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 134,327 miles high for a 2016 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 139,936 miles across 7132 sales, so at 134,327 miles this one sits 4% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 1FTEW1EG1GKE29517?

Accepted Answer

1FTEW1EG1GKE29517 identifies this specific 2016 FORD F-150 in green with a 3.5l 6 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
