Question 1

What do front end 2016 FORD F-150 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 2990 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD F-150 with front end damage, the median was $5,200, from $3,450 to $8,000. That is 5% below the $5,475 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,850 a good price for this 2016 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

7206 comparable 2016 FORD F-150 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,475, spanning $3,500 to $8,700. At $3,850 this one went 30% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD F-150 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2016 FORD F-150's pre-damage retail value at $15,376. It sold for $3,850 — 75% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 FORD F-150 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

This FORD F-150 has front end and undercarriage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 108,722 miles high for a 2016 FORD F-150?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD F-150 listings at auction averaged 140,190 miles across 7206 sales, so at 108,722 miles this one sits 22% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
