Question 1

What do left side 2021 FORD EXPLORER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 90 recorded sales of the 2021 FORD EXPLORER with left side damage, the median was $7,750, from $5,200 to $13,000. That is 4% above the $7,450 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This FORD EXPLORER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a on-not branded-ontario mean for this FORD EXPLORER?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 FORD EXPLORER was sold on a on-not branded-ontario. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 FORD EXPLORER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Where was this FORD EXPLORER located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in ONTARIO - CALEDON EAST. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2021 FORD EXPLORER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2021 FORD EXPLORER was listed at IAAI as lot 12475640 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
