Was $4,400 a good price for this 2016 FORD EXPLORER?

2540 comparable 2016 FORD EXPLORER listings sold at auction for a median of $3,800, spanning $3,100 to $5,600. At $4,400 this one went 16% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

What does a original-tx mean for this FORD EXPLORER?

This 2016 FORD EXPLORER was sold on a original-tx. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

How far is this FORD EXPLORER from an export port?

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - GRAND PRAIRIE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Did this 2016 FORD EXPLORER come with keys?

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear & tear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Can I buy this 2016 FORD EXPLORER from AutoBidCar?
