Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2024 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 21 recorded sales of the 2024 FORD EXPEDITION with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $20,775, from $7,600 to $40,250. That is 9% above the $19,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,450 a good price for this 2024 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

1219 comparable 2024 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $19,000, spanning $7,600 to $32,500. At $4,450 this one went 77% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

This 2024 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this FORD EXPEDITION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in UT - MISSOULA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 60,422 miles high for a 2024 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 FORD EXPEDITION listings at auction averaged 33,605 miles across 1219 sales, so at 60,422 miles this one sits 80% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 FORD EXPEDITION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
