Question 1

What do top/roof 2021 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2021 FORD EXPEDITION with top/roof damage, the median was $12,200, from $9,100 to $15,500. That is 30% above the $9,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $10,100 a good price for this 2021 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

1042 comparable 2021 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $9,400, spanning $4,950 to $16,450. At $10,100 this one went 7% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD EXPEDITION sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 FORD EXPEDITION's pre-damage retail value at $41,865. It sold for $10,100 — 76% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

This FORD EXPEDITION has top/roof and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 FORD EXPEDITION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
