What do side 2021 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Across 89 recorded sales of the 2021 FORD EXPEDITION with side damage, the median was $10,400, from $6,600 to $16,400. That is 12% above the $9,313 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $11,900 a good price for this 2021 FORD EXPEDITION?

1100 comparable 2021 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $9,313, spanning $4,900 to $16,450. At $11,900 this one went 28% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD EXPEDITION sell for?

The insurer put this 2021 FORD EXPEDITION's pre-damage retail value at $38,981. It sold for $11,900 — 69% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

How far is this FORD EXPEDITION from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in TX - CORPUS CHRISTI. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

What does a clean title mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

This 2021 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Is 35,895 miles high for a 2021 FORD EXPEDITION?

Comparable 2021 FORD EXPEDITION listings at auction averaged 86,027 miles across 1100 sales, so at 35,895 miles this one sits 58% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
