Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2016 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 15 recorded sales of the 2016 FORD EXPEDITION with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $10,000, from $3,350 to $13,200. That is 160% above the $3,850 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,025 a good price for this 2016 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

206 comparable 2016 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $3,850, spanning $3,100 to $7,400. At $12,025 this one went 212% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a bill of sale mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a bill of sale. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

How far is this FORD EXPEDITION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in WA - SPOKANE VALLEY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 60 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 41,021 miles high for a 2016 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 FORD EXPEDITION listings at auction averaged 122,147 miles across 206 sales, so at 41,021 miles this one sits 66% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2016 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was GSA FLEET. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
