What do all over 2018 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Across 18 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD EXPEDITION with all over damage, the median was $5,700, from $4,550 to $9,300. That is 19% below the $7,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $14,900 a good price for this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION?

1477 comparable 2018 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $7,000, spanning $4,250 to $10,500. At $14,900 this one went 113% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD EXPEDITION sell for?

The insurer put this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION's pre-damage retail value at $77,470. It sold for $14,900 — 81% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

What does a salvage certificate (p) mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

This 2018 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a salvage certificate (p). A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Is 67,235 miles high for a 2018 FORD EXPEDITION?

Comparable 2018 FORD EXPEDITION listings at auction averaged 125,687 miles across 1477 sales, so at 67,235 miles this one sits 47% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
