Question 1

What do all over 2020 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 37 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD EXPEDITION with all over damage, the median was $6,150, from $3,850 to $11,600. That is 25% below the $8,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,300 a good price for this 2020 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

1413 comparable 2020 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $8,200, spanning $4,550 to $14,025. At $6,300 this one went 23% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD EXPEDITION sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD EXPEDITION sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 FORD EXPEDITION's pre-damage retail value at $41,400. It sold for $6,300 — 85% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

What does a non-repairable mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 6

This FORD EXPEDITION has all over and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
