Question 1

What do front end 2020 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 683 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD EXPEDITION with front end damage, the median was $7,600, from $4,400 to $11,500. That is 7% below the $8,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,550 a good price for this 2020 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

1404 comparable 2020 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $8,200, spanning $4,550 to $14,100. At $6,550 this one went 20% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD EXPEDITION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this FORD EXPEDITION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MI - FLINT. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 117,828 miles high for a 2020 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD EXPEDITION listings at auction averaged 98,455 miles across 1404 sales, so at 117,828 miles this one sits 20% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
