Question 1

What do front end 2017 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 200 recorded sales of the 2017 FORD EXPEDITION with front end damage, the median was $3,650, from $3,050 to $6,100. That is 7% below the $3,913 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,850 a good price for this 2017 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

499 comparable 2017 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $3,913, spanning $3,100 to $7,500. At $3,850 this one went 2% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD EXPEDITION sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this FORD EXPEDITION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in OK - OKLAHOMA CITY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 450 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$550, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 92,560 miles high for a 2017 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 FORD EXPEDITION listings at auction averaged 117,257 miles across 499 sales, so at 92,560 miles this one sits 21% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 FORD EXPEDITION. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
