Question 1

Was $10,500 a good price for this 2019 FORD ESCAPE?

Accepted Answer

1880 comparable 2019 FORD ESCAPE listings sold at auction for a median of $3,950, spanning $3,100 to $7,200. At $10,500 this one went 166% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This FORD ESCAPE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clear (maryland) mean for this FORD ESCAPE?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 FORD ESCAPE was sold on a clear (maryland). A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

Is 127,368 miles high for a 2019 FORD ESCAPE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 FORD ESCAPE listings at auction averaged 66,390 miles across 1880 sales, so at 127,368 miles this one sits 92% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 1FMCU9HD2KUB82322?

Accepted Answer

1FMCU9HD2KUB82322 identifies this specific 2019 FORD ESCAPE with a 1.5l i4 fi dohc 16v nf4 engine, four wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2019 FORD ESCAPE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2019 FORD ESCAPE was listed at IAAI as lot 39031085 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
