Question 1

What does a qc-v.g.a-quebec mean for this FORD ESCAPE?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 FORD ESCAPE was sold on a qc-v.g.a-quebec. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 2

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 FORD ESCAPE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 102,368 miles high for a 2017 FORD ESCAPE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 FORD ESCAPE listings at auction averaged 77,964 miles across 1865 sales, so at 102,368 miles this one sits 31% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Where was this FORD ESCAPE located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in QUEBEC - VARS. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 5

Did this 2017 FORD ESCAPE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 1FMCU9GD7HUB63002?

Accepted Answer

1FMCU9GD7HUB63002 identifies this specific 2017 FORD ESCAPE in silver with a 1.5l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 179hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only.
