Question 1

Was $13,050 a good price for this 2021 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

1174 comparable 2021 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $5,600, spanning $3,550 to $10,500. At $13,050 this one went 133% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This FORD EDGE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clear (idaho) mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 FORD EDGE was sold on a clear (idaho). A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

Is 105,090 miles high for a 2021 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 66,981 miles across 1174 sales, so at 105,090 miles this one sits 57% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 2FMPK4K99MBA51573?

Accepted Answer

2FMPK4K99MBA51573 identifies this specific 2021 FORD EDGE with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 250hp engine, all-wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2021 FORD EDGE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2021 FORD EDGE was listed at IAAI as lot 38990827 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
