What does a salvage title mean for this FORD EDGE?

This 2015 FORD EDGE was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Is 87,723 miles high for a 2015 FORD EDGE?

Comparable 2015 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 112,661 miles across 165 sales, so at 87,723 miles this one sits 22% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Where was this FORD EDGE located?

The lot was held at COPART in AK - ANCHORAGE. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Who sold this 2015 FORD EDGE?

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Did this 2015 FORD EDGE come with keys?

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with water/flood damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Can I buy this 2015 FORD EDGE from AutoBidCar?

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2015 FORD EDGE was listed at COPART as lot 67705964 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
