Question 1

Was $7,600 a good price for this 2022 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

2118 comparable 2022 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $6,200, spanning $3,750 to $11,900. At $7,600 this one went 23% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does "Starts" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

Starts is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 FORD EDGE. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

This FORD EDGE has right front and damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 36,179 miles high for a 2022 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 58,053 miles across 2118 sales, so at 36,179 miles this one sits 38% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2022 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was Tokio Marine. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2022 FORD EDGE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with right front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
