Question 1

What do side 2023 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 77 recorded sales of the 2023 FORD EDGE with side damage, the median was $6,200, from $4,000 to $14,600. That is 9% below the $6,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,100 a good price for this 2023 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

892 comparable 2023 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $6,800, spanning $3,950 to $13,750. At $9,100 this one went 34% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD EDGE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

Is 1 miles high for a 2023 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 43,667 miles across 892 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

How far is this FORD EDGE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in GA - ATLANTA WEST. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

What does a cert of title-salvage mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 FORD EDGE was sold on a cert of title-salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
