Question 1

This FORD EDGE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 2

What does a mb-irreparable-manitoba mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD EDGE was sold on a mb-irreparable-manitoba. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 3

Is 66,384 miles high for a 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 74,210 miles across 2950 sales, so at 66,384 miles this one sits 11% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Where was this FORD EDGE located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in MANITOBA - SWAN RIVER. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 2FMPK4J98LBA64220?

Accepted Answer

2FMPK4J98LBA64220 identifies this specific 2020 FORD EDGE in white with a 2.0l i4 fi dohc 16v nf4 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 FORD EDGE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 FORD EDGE was listed at IAAI as lot 20263617 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
