Question 1

What do left front 2020 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 51 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD EDGE with left front damage, the median was $4,250, from $3,500 to $6,600. That is 9% below the $4,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,500 a good price for this 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

2939 comparable 2020 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $4,650, spanning $3,300 to $7,900. At $4,500 this one went 3% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD EDGE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this FORD EDGE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NJ - ENGLISHTOWN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 30 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This FORD EDGE has left front and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 80,281 miles high for a 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 74,115 miles across 2939 sales, so at 80,281 miles this one sits 8% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
