Question 1

What do rear 2020 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 122 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD EDGE with rear damage, the median was $5,350, from $3,500 to $7,750. That is 16% above the $4,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a clear mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD EDGE was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD EDGE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 87,776 miles high for a 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 74,940 miles across 2985 sales, so at 87,776 miles this one sits 17% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2020 FORD EDGE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
