Question 1

What do water/flood 2020 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 18 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD EDGE with water/flood damage, the median was $4,250, from $3,150 to $6,200. That is 9% below the $4,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,900 a good price for this 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

2966 comparable 2020 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $4,650, spanning $3,300 to $7,800. At $5,900 this one went 27% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This FORD EDGE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this FORD EDGE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - CLEWISTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD EDGE. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 FORD EDGE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 FORD EDGE was listed at COPART as lot 70359255 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
