Question 1

What do front end 2019 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1251 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD EDGE with front end damage, the median was $4,200, from $3,225 to $6,400. That is 6% below the $4,450 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,000 a good price for this 2019 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

2853 comparable 2019 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $4,450, spanning $3,250 to $7,300. At $7,000 this one went 57% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 FORD EDGE was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

This FORD EDGE has front end and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this FORD EDGE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in UT - LAS VEGAS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 86,710 miles high for a 2019 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 84,377 miles across 2853 sales, so at 86,710 miles this one sits 3% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
