Question 1

What do left rear 2019 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 22 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD EDGE with left rear damage, the median was $4,150, from $3,250 to $5,050. That is 6% below the $4,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,375 a good price for this 2019 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

2934 comparable 2019 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $4,400, spanning $3,250 to $7,100. At $3,375 this one went 23% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 FORD EDGE was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this FORD EDGE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - SAN ANTONIO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 FORD EDGE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 185,076 miles high for a 2019 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 85,312 miles across 2934 sales, so at 185,076 miles this one sits 117% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
