Question 1

What do right side 2017 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 42 recorded sales of the 2017 FORD EDGE with right side damage, the median was $3,650, from $3,050 to $4,750. That is 6% below the $3,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This FORD EDGE sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

This FORD EDGE has right side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 1 miles high for a 2017 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 93,652 miles across 1483 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 2FMPK4J98HBB26626?

Accepted Answer

2FMPK4J98HBB26626 identifies this specific 2017 FORD EDGE in black with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, premium , 245hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 FORD EDGE from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 FORD EDGE was listed at IAAI as lot 46243309 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
